I'm a boy mom who has a love for all things art and creativity. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), and have more than 13 years of experience in mental health and wellness.
My purpose in life is helping people find their superpowers! As a counselor, I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults overcome life's challenges, improve mental well-being, and achieve their personal goals. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to empower you to create positive change in your life.
